About the Role
Moniepoint is a leading financial technology company digitising Africa’s real economy by building an innovative financial ecosystem for businesses. We are currently looking for a diligent Packaging Officer to join our dynamic Repair Operations department in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all refurbished payment terminals passing quality assurance are properly packaged, accurately labelled, and seamlessly logged into our inventory system for distribution.
Key Responsibilities- Receive QA-approved refurbished terminals and verify adherence to the strict packaging checklist, including chargers, cables, frosted bags, and serial labels.
- Power and check all functional terminals prior to final packaging to maintain our high product presentation standards.
- Accurately log every packaged terminal into the system and track daily and weekly packaging performance against established targets.
- Coordinate with inventory officers to manage the push and collection of devices while maintaining precise inventory records.
- Reject damaged items or non-compliant terminals, providing clear rejection reasons and returning them for re-evaluation.
- Enforce standard operating procedures and collaborate with repair teams to continuously improve the packaging workflow.
- Possession of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Prior hands-on experience in electronics handling, warehouse packaging, or operations support.
- Exceptional attention to detail, process discipline, and familiarity with device tracking systems.
- Strong physical stamina required to handle and package devices for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
