About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Support Personnel to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in supporting the division's operational activities, revenue initiatives, and project executions.
Key Responsibilities- Perform periodic reconciliations of transactions processed through Swift and RTGS platforms for PAPSS participants.
- Investigate and monitor Swift and RTGS transaction processing to facilitate timely resolution of exceptions by stakeholders.
- Deliver periodic reports on processed payments, trend analysis, and ad hoc management reporting to support decision-making.
- Utilize analytical tools and professional judgment to identify and report suspicious transactions.
- Provide actionable feedback regarding system challenges, bugs, and desired new features.
- Analyze and resolve settlement and operational issues escalated by customer service, partners, and stakeholders.
- Render statutory and regulatory returns as required.
- Configure rate changes, service fees, and other front-end platform updates.
- Facilitate comprehensive training sessions for new platform users.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 4 years of proven relevant experience in operations support, transaction reconciliation, or IT-enabled business environments.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data trend analysis and reporting.
