Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective security strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Oversee daily security operations across multiple client locations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure security personnel are properly deployed, supervised, and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct and coordinate thorough security risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, operational standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Lead the response to security incidents, emergencies, and other operational challenges promptly.
- Develop and maintain robust emergency response and crisis management procedures.
- Supervise, motivate, and mentor security personnel and operational teams to maintain high performance and professionalism.
- Prepare regular operational reports and provide management with actionable updates on security activities.
- Ensure client concerns and operational issues are addressed promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or relevant professional security certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
- Strong working knowledge of security operations, risk management, and emergency response protocols.
- Proven experience managing security teams across multiple locations.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
