Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily business operations, staff performance, and overall productivity to meet company objectives.
- Manage end-to-end order processing, packaging, inventory control, and timely deliveries.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and industry quality standards at all times.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, stock control teams, and customer service representatives.
- Drive operational efficiency, digital sales initiatives, and overall business profitability.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports and implement continuous process improvements.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in a relevant business or operational discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in an operational management role.
- Prior experience in food processing, FMCG, retail, hospitality, sales, or logistics is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management capabilities, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Competitive monthly salary of N85,000 - N120,000.
