Vitality Central Park is expanding its dynamic team and searching for a talented, passionate Operations Manager to lead our vibrant leisure and social venue in Abuja. Featuring a restaurant, bar, roof terrace, mini-golf course, shooting gallery, large outdoor LED screen, and garden seating, The Vitality Clubhouse is dedicated to delivering world-class hospitality in a safe, clean, and meticulously maintained environment. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of all venue sectors, including the restaurant, bar, rooftop, and recreational attractions.
Manage, mentor, and schedule floor staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high morale.
Maintain strict health, safety, and facility cleanliness standards across all indoor and outdoor areas.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate vendor deliveries, and control operational costs effectively.
Handle guest feedback proactively to guarantee exceptional satisfaction and loyalty.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven operational management experience in a high-volume leisure, hotel, or restaurant environment.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
