Key Responsibilities- Act as the first line of response for requests within your assigned zone, routing issues efficiently to the right teams.
- Monitor live dashboards and communication channels to swiftly identify, prioritize, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Support the operational readiness of riders, vendors, and agents through onboarding, training, scheduling, and routine compliance checks.
- Manage order exceptions and escalations to guarantee timely resolutions and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Handle routine operational queries while escalating sensitive matters appropriately to the Assistant Zonal Manager.
- Coordinate zonal resources and physical assets in close partnership with local leadership.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Zonal Manager to identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive their implementation.
- Graduate with a First Class or Second Class Upper (2:1) degree from a reputable university.
