About the Role
Levitikal Group is a multifaceted enterprise comprising Levitikal Realties & Construction, Levitikal Hotels & Entertainment, Levitikal Farm & Agro, and Levitikal Energy Limited. We are currently looking for a driven and analytical Operations Analyst to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in evaluating business performance, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement, and streamlining daily operations across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and evaluate data from diverse sources to identify operational trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Assess existing company systems and propose actionable strategies to boost output and operational efficiency.
- Produce thorough analytical reports featuring key insights and strategic recommendations for management.
- Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and other cross-functional departments to support business needs and enhance cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the success of implemented processes.
- Identify opportunities to lower operating expenses while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist in selecting and integrating new technologies to modernize and streamline business workflows.
- Supervise the execution of new systems and procedures to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.Sc.) in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in a similar analytical or operational role.
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including advanced Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy in data management with meticulous attention to detail.
