About the Role
International Energy Services Limited (IESL) is a premier multidisciplinary energy services company established in 1990, delivering comprehensive engineering solutions across the oil and gas project lifecycle. We are currently seeking a skilled Offshore Marine Engineer Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will oversee marine operations, ensure vessel assurance, and maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency on offshore installations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all marine engineering and technical operations on offshore vessels to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Manage vessel assurance processes, maintenance schedules, and deep-water Oil and Gas operational procedures.
- Oversee critical offshore activities including vessel positioning, bunkering operations, and heavy lifts.
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance across all marine personnel and daily activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver practical engineering solutions to complex offshore challenges.
- Minimum of 10 years of sea-going experience, with at least 5 years served at a management level on offshore vessels.
- Possession of relevant marine qualifications and valid Certificates of Competency (CoC).
- Proven expertise in offshore marine supervision, vessel assurance, and deep-water operations.
- Current valid offshore survival certification such as TBOSIET.
