About the Role
International Energy Services Limited (IESL), a leading multidisciplinary energy services company established in 1990, is seeking a skilled Offshore Marine Engineer to join our dynamic team in the oil and gas sector. Key Responsibilities- Supervise offshore marine operations and ensure full compliance with international maritime laws and company HSE standards.
- Manage vessel assurance processes, dynamic positioning, and deep-water oil and gas operational procedures.
- Oversee bunkering operations and coordinate closely with vessel captains and offshore personnel.
- Provide technical expertise during project execution, construction management, and post-construction evaluations.
- Implement proactive safety measures and conduct routine marine audits to mitigate operational risks.
- Minimum of 10 years of sea-going experience, with at least 5 years served at a management level on offshore vessels.
- Hold relevant marine qualifications and valid Certificates of Competency (CoC).
- Demonstrated expertise in offshore marine supervision, vessel assurance, and deep-water operations.
- Possess valid offshore survival certification, including TBOSIET.
- Strong knowledge of vessel positioning, bunkering, and stringent HSE compliance frameworks.
