About the Role
KadMap Systems Limited is seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Odoo Software Trainer to empower our enterprise clients by teaching them how to effectively utilize Odoo and related solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex software capabilities and everyday business operations, ensuring our clients maximize their return on investment through hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities- Train clients and their teams on how to effectively use assigned Odoo software modules and workflows.
- Demonstrate key platform features, guiding users through routine tasks in sales, purchasing, inventory, and accounting.
- Guide HR professionals through employee management workflows using Odoo HR Modules and OpenHRMS.
- Develop clear, user-friendly training materials, step-by-step instructions, and practical exercises.
- Adapt training delivery to suit varying participant experience levels and specific business needs.
- Provide ongoing support by answering user questions and confirming proficiency in platform tasks.
- Proven experience working with Odoo Community Edition and relevant enterprise modules.
- Familiarity with Odoo HR Modules and OpenHRMS community builds.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and teaching abilities with a knack for simplifying technical concepts.
- Strong understanding of business operations, administration, accounting, HR, or sales workflows.
- Ability to create structured training documentation and practical examples.
