About the Role
JC International, a leading provider of world-class asset integrity assurance and training services, is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented serving NYSC Corps Member for a Logistics and Mobilization Officer placement. In this exciting role, you will be an integral part of our operations team, helping to coordinate personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure the seamless execution of our industry-leading projects and training programmes across Nigeria. This is an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in corporate logistics within the energy and engineering sector.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate personnel mobilization and demobilization for ongoing projects, specialized training programmes, and critical field assignments.
- Assist with travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, local transportation, and safe movement of personnel.
- Support the preparation, processing, and tracking of essential mobilization documents, permits, and regulatory compliance paperwork.
- Coordinate the physical movement, timely delivery, and rigorous tracking of equipment, specialized tools, and materials to designated project locations.
- Maintain accurate logistics records, up-to-date schedules, and comprehensive operational reports.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments, logistics vendors, company drivers, and project teams to ensure prompt delivery of support services.
- Perform additional administrative and logistics duties as assigned by management to support business operations.
- Must be a currently serving NYSC Corps Member in Nigeria seeking a suitable primary assignment (PPA).
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in relevant science, engineering, or management disciplines.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities alongside strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
