About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Nursing Supervisor to join TransitEdge Solutions Limited. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee nursing operations, manage a dedicated nursing team, and ensure exceptional patient care standards are maintained across our facility. Your expertise in clinical practice combined with strong management capabilities will be essential in creating a supportive healthcare environment that prioritizes patient wellbeing and staff excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule nursing shifts and assign nurses to patients based on clinical needs
- Ensure all nursing operational standards and protocols are consistently met
- Monitor and report on productivity, quality metrics, and customer service performance
- Enforce adherence to healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing team members for continuous professional development
- Communicate medical procedures and doctor's instructions to patients and family members
- Address patient and staff concerns with professionalism and compassion
- Maintain comprehensive records of nursing files, patient cases, and medical procedures
- Foster a compassionate and supportive environment through psychological support to patients, families, and staff members
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing with 1-2 years of professional nursing experience
- Valid, current nursing license issued by relevant regulatory body
- Proven work experience as a Nursing Supervisor or similar leadership role
- Comprehensive knowledge of hospital procedures and healthcare best practices
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional team management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Training in healthcare administration is advantageous
