About the Role
Fortics Lifecare Limited is a premier network of primary healthcare providers offering adjunct value-added services. As we prepare for the grand opening of our new hospital in Agric, Ikorodu, Lagos State, along with selected openings at our Lekki branch, we are seeking dedicated, competent, and service-oriented Nurse and Midwifery Personnel to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional maternal care and patient monitoring throughout pregnancy, labor, and the postnatal period.
- Safely conduct deliveries and manage obstetric emergencies with high clinical competence.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate patient health records.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on maternal health, newborn care, and postpartum wellness.
- Adhere strictly to professional nursing standards, hospital policies, and safety protocols.
- CHEW certification with strong practical competence in maternity care and conducting deliveries, OR qualified RN/RM with proven midwifery experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-clinical experience in a recognized healthcare facility.
- Demonstrable expertise in maternal care, patient monitoring, and safe delivery practices.
- Possession of relevant professional qualifications and current practicing license from the appropriate regulatory body.
- Exceptional patient care, communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
- Must preferably reside within Ikorodu, Lekki, or their surrounding areas in Lagos State.
