About the Role
Myrtle Management Consultants is seeking a dedicated and professional Nurse and Medical Aesthetician to join our expanding team in Nigeria. In this role, you will bridge the gap between clinical healthcare and advanced medical aesthetics, delivering high-quality IV therapy, wellness infusions, and personalized skincare treatments to our valued clients while maintaining strict safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities- Administer prescribed IV therapy and wellness infusions in strict accordance with approved clinical protocols and professional scope of practice.
- Perform professional facials, skin assessments, extractions, exfoliation, and advanced skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough client consultations, evaluating medical histories, skin conditions, and treatment expectations while explaining procedures and aftercare.
- Monitor clients during and after procedures, ensuring prompt and effective response to any adverse reactions or medical emergencies.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, sterilization, and infection control standards across all treatment rooms and equipment.
- Keep accurate, confidential electronic and physical records of all client consultations, treatments administered, and progress notes.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines, hydration, and long-term wellness practices to drive client retention and satisfaction.
- Valid Registered Nurse qualification with an active, unencumbered practicing license in Nigeria.
- Formal training and certification in medical aesthetics, facial treatments, and skincare procedures.
- Proven hands-on experience in administering IV therapy and performing clinical aesthetic services.
- Comprehensive knowledge of infection prevention, emergency response, and clinical safety protocols.
