We are currently seeking an exceptional Night Manager to oversee overnight operations and ensure our discerning guests receive unparalleled service during the night shift. In this pivotal leadership role, you will maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality, manage the night audit, and coordinate seamlessly across all hotel departments to guarantee a flawless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all night shift operations, including front desk, security, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional resolution of any guest inquiries, requests, or complaints during the night.
- Conduct the nightly audit, verify financial reports, and reconcile all operational transactions accurately.
- Maintain strict adherence to luxury hospitality standards, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Empower, mentor, and evaluate night shift team members to deliver exceptional personalized service.
- Perform regular property walkthroughs to inspect security, cleanliness, and overall facility readiness.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a night management or supervisory role within luxury hotels or branded residences.
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Immaculate communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry.
