About the Role
Bolton White Hotels & Apartments, located in the heart of Abuja and minutes away from major landmarks, is seeking a meticulous and professional Night Auditor to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests during the overnight shift, ensuring their comfort, safety, and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk and hotel operations efficiently during the night shift, handling late check-ins and early check-outs.
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation, balance room charges, taxes, and postings, and prepare accurate daily revenue and occupancy reports.
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to address overnight issues.
- Monitor hotel premises, surveillance systems, and coordinate security checks to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare comprehensive shift handover reports for the morning management team.
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Hospitality Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a front office role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong numerical skills with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during night hours with minimal supervision.
