We are currently looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Network Support Corps Member (NYSC) to support our growing operations in Nigeria. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on industry experience, work alongside seasoned professionals, and kickstart a successful career in network engineering and ICT support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal staff and external clients.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, maintenance logs, and support tickets.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on various ICT infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and best practices across all network environments.
- Currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or scheduled to commence service shortly.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN setup, and routing protocols.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first attitude.
