Key Responsibilities- Design, configure, and maintain robust LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and overall network infrastructure.
- Proactively monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
- Configure and manage enterprise routers, switches, firewalls, and other critical network devices.
- Implement stringent network security measures and ensure compliance with internal and external IT policies.
- Perform regular network upgrades, system backups, and routine preventive maintenance.
- Document network configurations meticulously and resolve technical incidents promptly.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams to support expanding business and infrastructure requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in network engineering or administration.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols, and switching.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard technologies such as Cisco, MikroTik, and Fortinet.
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent credentials will be a strong advantage.
