Key ResponsibilitiesAs a participant in the Global Graduate Development Programme, you will undergo intensive mentoring, leadership training, and hands-on project execution across various dynamic departments. Your core focus areas will include:

To be eligible for this competitive graduate opportunity, candidates must meet the following strict criteria:
- Possess a minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree or an HND Upper Credit from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must have graduated in 2024 or later.
- Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) by September 2026, supported by a valid discharge certificate.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
