Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with precision and creativity
- Design innovative drink menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences
- Maintain excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology techniques
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Provide outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely restocking of bar supplies
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously refine mixology skills
- Proven experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or similar role in a reputable hotel, resort, or upscale bar
- Relevant certification in mixology, bartending, or hospitality is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and bar equipment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and presentation
