Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive care and supervision to students in assigned areas
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment conducive to learning
- Support teaching staff in classroom and non-classroom activities
- Monitor student welfare and report concerns to management promptly
- Assist with student discipline and behavioral guidance using positive reinforcement
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities
- Maintain professionalism and uphold school values at all times
- Relevant educational qualifications and demonstrated experience in childcare or educational settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, reliable, and emotionally intelligent demeanor
- First Aid certification is an advantage
