Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using established clinical protocols
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, and social workers on integrated care plans
- Provide follow-up support for hospitalized clients and coordinate with attending physicians
- Identify and address behavioral patterns that may impede recovery
- Support families and primary caregivers in managing mental health challenges
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
- Valid certification/licensure as a Mental Health Counselor
- Proven professional experience in mental health counseling or clinical settings
- Comprehensive knowledge of psychiatric medications and their effects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities with demonstrated empathy and compassion
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
