About the Role
Dragnet Solutions, a leading human resources and recruitment technology firm in Nigeria, is currently recruiting qualified and dedicated Medical Officers (Levels II-VI) specializing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Paediatrics. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional clinical care, manage patient cases across various departments, and uphold the highest standards of healthcare delivery in alignment with international best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in family medicine, internal medicine, or paediatrics with decreasing levels of supervision and appropriate escalation.
- Participate actively in clinical duties, ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and on-call rotas as required by the facility.
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely clinical records in compliance with internal policies and MDCN regulations.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care and support HMO processes through evidence-based practices.
- Contribute to ongoing clinical audit, quality improvement initiatives, and safety protocols within the medical department.
- Possess a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS or MBChB) from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Successful completion of compulsory housemanship and National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
- Valid and current registration and practicing licence with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Minimum of 3 years of post-NYSC clinical experience, with demonstrable competence in family medicine, internal medicine, or paediatrics.
- Strong clinical record-keeping abilities and proficiency in utilizing hospital management systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills for effective patient and colleague engagement.
