We are currently inviting applications from suitably qualified professionals to fill the role of Medical Laboratory Scientist and contribute to our expanding diagnostic capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a wide range of complex biological, microbiological, biochemical, and pathological laboratory tests.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment and instruments with high precision.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control and quality assurance protocols within the laboratory department.
- Accurately analyze, record, and report diagnostic test results to physicians and healthcare teams in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper inventory of laboratory reagents, supplies, and materials while adhering to safety standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development, departmental research, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Must possess current and valid evidence of registration with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
- Must possess a current practicing license issued by the MLSCN.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in modern laboratory information systems.
