We are currently seeking a qualified, experienced, and results-driven Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our dynamic team in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert technical support and engaging product demonstrations for advanced laboratory and diagnostic equipment.
- Train doctors, laboratory technicians, and other healthcare professionals on proper equipment operation, handling, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the technical team to support seamless equipment installation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and deliver exceptional after-sales support to ensure high satisfaction.
- Conduct regular customer visits across designated regions and prepare detailed technical reports for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a medical laboratory or healthcare equipment environment.
- Must possess a current Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) registration and a valid practising licence.
- In-depth knowledge of modern laboratory equipment and innovative diagnostic technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within Nigeria when required.
