In this role, you will be the vital link between our advanced dermatological solutions and healthcare professionals, empowering them with the scientific knowledge needed to recommend Eucerin with confidence. You will drive market growth through strategic territory management, professional presentations, and impactful educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Educate and influence medical professionals and pharmacists through scientific engagement regarding the Eucerin product range.
- Manage marketing logistics, including the allocation of product samples, promotional literature, and point-of-sale materials.
- Implement in-office retail solutions by establishing product displays and streamlining ordering workflows within medical practices.
- Represent Beiersdorf at key industry events, organizing regional educational seminars to expand brand reach.
- Monitor competitor activities and utilize data-driven approaches to optimize territory management and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain comprehensive electronic and physical records to support transparency and strategic decision-making.
- A relevant Bachelor degree, such as BSc or Pharmacy (BPharm), providing foundational pharmaceutical knowledge.
- A minimum of two years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Established network and strong relationships within pharmacy territories across Nigeria.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Business English, with superior presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office for efficient reporting, documentation, and sales analysis.
