As the Mechanical Maintenance Manager, you will spearhead all technical operations related to factory machinery. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the installation, routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of mechanical equipment utilized in cashew processing operations.
• Supervising comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to drastically reduce equipment breakdowns and production halts.
• Diagnosing complex mechanical faults promptly and deploying effective solutions to restore full operational capacity.
• Leveraging specialized knowledge of cashew processing machinery, encompassing shelling, peeling, drying, and grading equipment.
• Managing the operation, maintenance, and intricate troubleshooting of Chinese and Vietnamese-manufactured agro-processing machines.
• Coordinating and mentoring mechanical maintenance technicians and other engineering personnel to foster a high-performing technical team.
• Monitoring overall machine efficiency and recommending strategic upgrades to boost factory productivity.
• Handling inventory for maintenance materials, spare parts, tools, and crucial technical documentation.
• Enforcing strict adherence to factory safety standards and standard operating procedures across the maintenance department.

To qualify for this exciting career opportunity, candidates must meet the following professional criteria:

• Possession of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing, cashew processing, or agro-processing environment.
• Demonstrated practical experience with specialized cashew processing machinery is strongly preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of the installation, operation, and maintenance of Chinese and Vietnamese agro-processing equipment.
• Proven track record in executing preventive maintenance strategies and managing urgent factory breakdowns.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational capabilities suited for a fast-paced industrial environment.
