Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons in alignment with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to ensure academic growth.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Integrate modern teaching methodologies and educational technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student welfare and holistic development.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, professional development workshops, and extracurricular programs.
- Possession of a Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related relevant qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Mathematics in a recognized primary or secondary school setting.
- Strong understanding of modern pedagogical approaches and curriculum delivery.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
