About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to inspire our students, foster critical thinking, and drive academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose individual student mathematical abilities within the first two weeks of each term using baseline assessments and create actionable improvement plans.
- Deliver structured, mastery-based mathematics instruction using data-driven, distraction-free learning principles.
- Personalize instruction by providing differentiated tasks, targeted remediation, and extension activities for diverse learners.
- Develop student reasoning and problem-solving skills through practical applications, real-world projects, and investigative tasks.
- Prepare students thoroughly for national and international examinations including BECE, WAEC, NECO, and UTME/JAMB.
- Leverage approved technology and AI tools responsibly to track progress, generate practice questions, and enhance conceptual understanding.
- Track, analyze, and report student progress diligently, maintaining comprehensive mastery trackers and intervention plans.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching mathematics in a reputable secondary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian curriculum (NERDC) and relevant examination bodies (WAEC, NECO, JAMB).
- Familiarity with Cambridge or IGCSE syllabi is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in integrating educational technology and digital tools into classroom instruction.
