About the Role
Monarch Techno Engineering Solutions (MTES) is seeking a highly experienced Materials Manager to join our Logistics Team, supporting large-scale Oil & Gas, Construction, and Engineering Design projects. This role is central to ensuring materials, logistics, and project controls are efficiently managed to meet project timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
As a leading provider of design engineering, detail engineering, and project support services, MTES bridges the gap between academic training and real-world industry demands. We are looking for a proactive professional with strong planning, monitoring, and coordination skills to strengthen our project execution capabilities across onshore and offshore pipeline, plant, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee material and logistics coordination across ongoing Oil & Gas, EPC, and pipeline projects.
- Manage project execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure objectives are met on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Implement effective project controls, scheduling, and cost tracking systems.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance using Document Control Systems (e.g., EDMS).
- Support site coordination activities to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Provide accurate reporting on material availability, logistics timelines, and project progress.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to support smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial) or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in Project Management & Controls within Oil & Gas, EPC, or Pipeline projects.
- Proven experience managing onshore or offshore pipeline, plant, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, monitoring, reporting, and site coordination.
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and other project controls tools.
- Familiarity with cost control, reporting, and stakeholder management practices.
