Key Responsibilities- Construct, erect, and repair structures using bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and other masonry materials.
- Mix mortar, lay foundations, and build walls, partitions, and other structural components according to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and structural repairs on existing naval buildings and infrastructure.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan masonry work accurately.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and construction standards on all assigned projects.
- Collaborate with other engineering and construction personnel to complete tasks efficiently.
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent with at least 4 passes, including a credit in English Language.
- Possession of a relevant Trade Certificate in masonry or a closely related construction field.
- Demonstrated practical experience in professional masonry and construction work.
- Must be a Nigerian citizen of good character and meet the physical and medical requirements of the Nigerian Navy.
