Key Responsibilities- Attend to and maintain existing customers assigned upon resumption to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build, nurture, and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new customers as you gain product and market experience.
- Support overall company growth and brand visibility through effective, results-driven marketing strategies.
- Minimum of 1 year of practical marketing experience in a similar role.
- HND or BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proven capability to manage client accounts and deliver excellent customer service.
- A proactive, energetic, and results-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets.
