Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored for general insurance products and advisory services.
- Build, nurture, and manage strong, profitable relationships with insurance brokers and key distribution partners.
- Identify and capitalize on strategic cross-selling opportunities across health, insurance, and financing portfolios.
- Collaborate closely with internal multidisciplinary teams to deliver customized solutions for both retail and corporate clients.
- Implement innovative digital and traditional marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Represent Beacongate Limited professionally at key industry events, networking sessions, and client outreach programmes.
- Ensure all marketing and sales activities strictly comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Insurance, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in insurance marketing, broker management, or channel development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of general insurance products, financial services, and distribution channels.
- Demonstrated expertise in cross-selling initiatives and high-level stakeholder relationship management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills suited for the Nigerian corporate environment.
