We seek a dynamic Marketing Manager to elevate our market presence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote luxury properties and investment opportunities
- Manage brand positioning and enhance Arab Space Realty's visibility across digital and traditional channels
- Create compelling marketing content including property showcases, promotional materials, and client communications
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign performance using data-driven metrics
- Build and nurture relationships with media, partners, and key stakeholders
- 3-5 years of proven marketing experience in real estate, luxury goods, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of Nigeria's premium property market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and campaign metrics
- Creative problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability
