Foteino Talento, a leading HR consultancy firm and vibrant co-working space based in Victoria Island, Lagos, is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Communications Officer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand identity, expanding our digital footprint, and executing strategic campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Manage digital platforms, social media channels, email marketing initiatives, and monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, videos, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta Ads to drive leads and conversions.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
- Coordinate PR activities, brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and corporate marketing events.
- Conduct thorough market research and monitor competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare detailed monthly marketing reports covering engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support client acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.
- Strong knowledge of marketing, branding, and corporate communications principles.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva and various marketing analytics platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, content creation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign return on investment effectively.
