About the Role
JV Management Consulting is a leading indigenous Human Resource Management consulting firm dedicated to exceptional service delivery and organizational growth. We are currently seeking a proactive, persuasive, and results-driven Marketing Officer to promote our travel and tourism services, attract new customers, generate sales leads, and increase revenue in Allen, Ikeja, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Promote travel packages, holiday tours, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa assistance services to individuals, families, and corporate clients.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Generate quality leads through direct marketing, networking events, digital channels, and professional referrals.
- Convert prospects into confirmed bookings while consistently meeting monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, schools, and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitor strategies, and provide regular performance reports to management.
- HND or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or business development, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet measurable targets.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools, email, and Microsoft Office applications.
