About the Role
Bradfield Consulting is recruiting on behalf of its client for a dynamic and results-driven Manufacturing Operations & Performance Manager to join their team in Nigeria. In this strategic role, you will work closely with the General Manager of Production to drive manufacturing planning, operational performance, cost efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Translate manufacturing objectives into actionable operational plans and measurable performance targets.
- Coordinate activities across Production, Procurement, Finance, and Quality Assurance to ensure seamless workflows.
- Develop and monitor manufacturing performance dashboards, tracking output, capacity utilization, and lead times.
- Analyze production costs, material consumption, and wastage to identify cost-saving and resource optimization opportunities.
- Drive process improvements, champion Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and optimize ERP systems like Odoo for production tracking.
- Provide high-level administrative, analytical, and operational support to senior manufacturing leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior coordination role.
- Strong proficiency in production performance monitoring, operational reporting, and cost analysis.
- Prior experience in fashion, apparel, or garment manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- Practical knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Odoo, is a distinct advantage.
