About the Role

Operating from our headquarters in Lagos with strategic branches in Abuja and Port-Harcourt, we cater to a diverse portfolio of corporate, governmental, and individual clients. We are currently seeking a visionary, results-driven Managing Director to lead our asset management division, spearhead strategic expansion, and drive exceptional financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the Company's strategic plan to drive sustainable growth, profitability, market expansion, and shareholder value.
- Provide strategic oversight of investment management activities, portfolio performance, product development, and growth in Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, promote strong corporate governance, and champion enterprise risk management and internal controls.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, capital allocation, cost efficiency, and revenue diversification.
- Lead executive management, build strategic partnerships, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and drive innovation and digital transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in financial services, including at least 10 years in asset management, investment banking, capital markets, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an executive or senior management position, with a proven track record of growing Assets Under Management (AUM) and delivering sustainable profitability.
- Relevant professional certification, preferably CFA, ACA/ACCA, or CIS. An MBA or Master's degree in a related discipline is an added advantage.
