About the Role
Gamma Mobility is revolutionizing vehicle subscription and financial services for gig workers across Africa. As Manager, Business Analysis, you will architect how our operations function—transforming operational needs into scalable, well-documented management systems that power our thriving hubs in Nigeria and Ghana.
This role owns the complete lifecycle of business systems: from requirements and process design through SOP authoring, tool specification, and the critical product-to-operations bridge. You will ensure every designed system is fully complete, correctly tooled, and ready for seamless handover to Operations Excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Design to-be processes for management systems using systems-thinking principles, balancing manual workflows, technology solutions, cost, and scalability
- Author comprehensive management systems documentation covering policy, workflow, cadence, ownership, controls, SLAs, KPIs, and change management
- Specify and map operating tools—systems of record, workflow platforms, controls tooling—and link system events to measurable KPIs
- Serve as the primary interface between Product/Engineering and Operations, translating requirements and managing process impacts of product changes
- Execute Design → Pilot → Scale methodology, validating designs before organization-wide rollout
- Drive systems maturity from initial design through Operations Excellence embedment with defined controls and KPI frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years in business analysis, process design, or systems analysis in operations-heavy, fintech, or mobility sectors
- Proven expertise designing and implementing SOPs to defined standards with successful adoption track records
- Strong capabilities in requirements engineering, process mapping (BPMN), and manual-versus-technology trade-off analysis
- Experience specifying operating tools and mapping data/system events for measurement and accountability
- Demonstrated fluency across operations and product/engineering functions with bridge-building experience
