We are currently seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded, and results-driven Management Consultant (Analyst) to join our dynamic consulting team in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will support complex management consulting engagements through rigorous business research, data analysis, strategic planning, process improvement, and the creation of high-quality deliverables while leveraging cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive business, industry, and competitive research to support client engagements.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and formulate actionable business insights.
- Assist in developing growth strategies, operating models, business plans, and organizational improvement initiatives.
- Perform business process reviews, identify performance gaps, and recommend practical, value-driven solutions.
- Prepare professional client reports, proposals, presentations, and financial or operational models.
- Apply advanced AI tools to accelerate research, data analysis, document review, and workflow automation while ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders to meet strict deadlines and high quality standards.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related Social Sciences disciplines.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience, with current or previous employment in a management consulting firm being mandatory.
- Demonstrable and verifiable proficiency in utilizing AI tools for research, synthesis, and report generation.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and quantitative data analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Relevant professional certifications in project management or business analysis are an added advantage.
