We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced MAN Diesel Driver to join our dynamic logistics team and support our expanding nationwide distribution network. In this crucial role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that our goods reach various destinations safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Operate MAN Diesel trucks safely and efficiently to transport goods from the factory to various destinations across Nigeria.
- Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, checking oil, water, brakes, and tire pressure.
- Adhere strictly to all federal and state traffic laws, road regulations, and company safety policies.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs,waybills, and trip reports for every assigned journey.
- Report any mechanical faults, accidents, or traffic delays immediately to the logistics supervisor.
- Ensure proper loading, securing, and offloading of food products to prevent damage during transit.
- Valid commercial driver's license and relevant truck driving certifications.
- Proven professional driving experience operating MAN Diesel heavy-duty trucks.
- Deep familiarity with major Nigerian interstate routes and local traffic laws.
- Strong commitment to road safety, punctuality, and vehicle maintenance.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
