About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled, safety-conscious, and dedicated Maintenance Technician III to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support critical maintenance operations, execute planned engineering works, and drive equipment reliability to maintain our high standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate workloads and establish accurate completion timelines for assigned maintenance tasks.
- Assist mechanical engineers with planning, testing, and evaluating mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.
- Support the preparation of comprehensive technical proposals and accurate cost estimates.
- Participate actively in on-the-job safety activities and promote a safety-first culture.
- Review job packs thoroughly to identify potential safety issues before commencing any work.
- Execute maintenance operations strictly according to approved engineering plans and procedures.
- Maintain accurate technical records using tools such as the Global Reliability Tool (GRT) and provide constructive feedback on job pack improvements.
- Request necessary work permits promptly and notify supervisors of any delays in permit issuance.
- Relevant technical certification or equivalent professional hands-on experience in the oil and gas sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with excellent analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight operational deadlines, and adapt to changing site priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes.
