About the Role
Viju Industries Nigeria Limited, a leading name in the Nigerian beverage production industry, is looking for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Manager / Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will ensure the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of all plant machinery and production lines to support our continuous manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance, servicing, and repair of all mechanical equipment involved in beverage production and plant operations.
- Ensure the safe, stable, and efficient operation of the entire production line to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine and independent equipment inspections, parts replacements, and complex troubleshooting.
- Specialize in the maintenance of waterline machinery, including bottle filling, blowing, labelling, and packaging machines.
- Enforce adherence to mechanical structures, safety protocols, and industry-related operational standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within the beverage or FMCG manufacturing sector.
- Proven ability to independently carry out equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
- In-depth familiarity with mechanical structures, safety standards, and waterline machines such as filling, blowing, labelling, and packaging equipment.
- Solid technical skills backed by extensive practical experience in a fast-paced production environment.
