We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Maintenance & IT Supervisor to ensure the seamless operation of our ultra-luxury facilities and advanced technology systems, delivering an unmatched guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and repair operations across all residential and public luxury areas.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including network systems, hardware, software, and guest-facing technology solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections of building systems, electrical setups, plumbing, and HVAC units to prevent downtime.
- Respond promptly to maintenance and technical support requests from residents, guests, and internal staff.
- Oversee third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Maintain comprehensive inventory records for spare parts, maintenance tools, and IT equipment.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in facility maintenance and IT support within the hospitality or luxury residential sector.
- Relevant degree or professional certification in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with hands-on technical expertise in hardware, networking, and building services.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
