About the Role
Monarch Techno Engineering Solutions (MTES) is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance & CMMS Data Engineer to join our growing team of engineering professionals. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in fast-paced Oil & Gas, Pipeline, and EPC project environments and is passionate about delivering technically sound, standards-compliant maintenance and asset management solutions.

Key Responsibilities- Support and manage CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) data structuring, validation, and implementation for engineering projects.
- Contribute to FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction, and Commissioning phases of Oil & Gas and EPC projects.
- Ensure maintenance data and engineering deliverables align with international codes and standards such as ASME, API, ANSI, NACE, IEC, and ISO.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure accurate technical documentation and data integrity.
- Utilize relevant engineering software tools to support design, analysis, and maintenance data management.
- Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessment activities to ensure safe and reliable asset performance.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of technical documentation and maintenance datasets.
- Identify opportunities to optimize maintenance strategies through accurate data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (relevant discipline).
- 8–15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Pipeline, or EPC projects.
- Proven experience in FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction, or Commissioning phases.
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, ANSI, NACE, IEC, ISO, etc.).
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, PDMS, P&ID, HYSYS, E3D, ETAP, and CAESAR II.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with piping, pipeline, and process design principles.
- Working knowledge of HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Strong interdisciplinary coordination and teamwork abilities.
- Proven ability to manage project documentation and technical deliverables effectively.
