About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our dynamic production team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining industrial production equipment to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently, including bottle lines, sachet machines, and filling lines.
- Troubleshoot basic operational faults promptly to minimize downtime and maintain steady workflow.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and safety checks according to company guidelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to product quality, safety regulations, and production targets.
- Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues swiftly.
- Proven hands-on experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in operating bottle lines, sachet machines, and filling lines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment faults.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and quality standards in a production setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and pay strong attention to detail.
