Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction tailored to learners' developmental needs.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson notes, plans, and instructional materials in line with the curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and accurately report learners' academic progress to parents and school management.
- Participate actively in school programmes, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and learner-centred classroom environment that encourages curiosity and growth.
- Employ Montessori teaching principles to foster independence and critical thinking among pupils.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance overall academic quality.
- B.Ed. in Science, Mathematics, English, or a related field.
- N.C.E. (Nigeria Certificate in Education) is required.
- Prior teaching experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

- Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum delivery, and learner assessment.
