Odixcity Consulting, Nigeria's leading foreign outsourcing firm specializing in human resources and procurement, is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Lounge Supervisor to join our client's team. As Lounge Supervisor, you will play a central role in the smooth day-to-day running of the lounge, leading a team of staff, managing inventory, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable, well-serviced experience. Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring all operational checklists are completed accurately.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering food, beverages, and sundries, while maintaining strict stock control measures.
- Supervise staff rostering, attendance, and performance, ensuring full compliance with grooming and service standards.
- Support the training and development of new and existing team members to maintain excellent service delivery.
- Maintain a clean, well-presented, and welcoming lounge atmosphere at all times.
- Engage directly with guests to assess satisfaction levels and proactively address their needs.
- Conduct daily audits, manage shift reconciliations, and oversee accurate cash handling procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including routine temperature checks and food safety protocols.
- Willingness to attend a physical interview at Trans-Amadi, Port Harcourt.
- Minimum of 2 years' proven supervisory experience in a lounge, bar, restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment.
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate effectively and manage team dynamics.
- Excellent focus on delivering top-tier service and resolving guest concerns with professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain keen attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, inventory control, and cost management principles.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
