About the Role
Fembol Group is a leading provider of comprehensive shipping, freight, and forwarding solutions, delivering reliable and cost-effective logistics services globally. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Logistics & Supply Chain Manager (Import & Export) to oversee our freight operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize operational profitability in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end import, export, freight forwarding, and clearing operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise Key Account Managers, NAFDAC Regulatory Officers, and shipping documentation processes to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian customs procedures, Form M, PAAR, NAFDAC, and SON regulations.
- Monitor shipment schedules, resolve operational bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to minimize demurrage and avoidable costs.
- Drive the adoption of logistics technologies and manage operational budgets to guarantee cost efficiency.
- Set clear KPIs for direct reports, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide mentorship to boost team productivity.
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, and import/export operations within Nigeria.
- Professional certifications in supply chain management or international trade will be an added advantage.
- Extensive practical knowledge of Nigerian customs procedures, NAFDAC, and SON statutory requirements.
