About the Role
Megamound Investments, a leading player in construction, real estate development, and dredging since 1992, is seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to join its dynamic operations team. In this role, you will work closely with procurement and site management teams to streamline the movement of materials and equipment across various projects, ensuring efficient supply chain operations and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of construction materials to multiple project sites to prevent delays.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors.
- Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and fleet performance to optimize operational costs.
- Implement robust tracking systems to ensure the security and accountability of goods in transit.
- Collaborate with procurement and site management teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all logistics operations.
- First degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CLM, CLTOMP, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in logistics management.
- Experience in the Real Estate and Construction industry is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to solve complex supply chain challenges under pressure.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in logistics tracking systems and fleet management tools.
